Back to Why AccQ

Plays well with others

The AccQ unit is designed to integrate with more than one system at the same time, including existing BMS systems in buildings. No replacement or reinstallation works required.

The protocols are open standards, and there are no licensing restrictions on using them. That reduces the friction of integrating with other vendors and solutions: you are not locked to one stack just to get the data out.

You get the flexibility of a modern data path without asking the existing system to change. Deploy next to what is already there, leave the sequences alone, and add the reporting and alerting later, or on day one. Either way the BMS is not taken offline.

- Modbus TCP, just like other field devices today.

- MQTT Communications

- APIs and Webhooks

The result is a hybrid deployment. The BMS stays in charge of the building. AccQ sits alongside it, feeding a parallel stream of certified measurements to many different sources:

- The cloud

- Optimization algorithms at the edge

- Data sharing with smart-city applications

With support for open standards, license-free applications, and data sovereignty, AccQ offers the flexibility of a modern data path without asking the existing system to change.

Deploy next to what is already there; add the reporting and alerting on day one or later
